After I swamp my machine I broke it down and cleaned everything, not I can manual shift from foward to reverse, but in foward gear it will not shift to higher gears, could this be the clutch assembly stuck?
SOURCE: shifter stuck in second gear
Your shift linkage has come undone. Jack the car up and climb underneath. You shift linkage is either com undone from the trans or you shift stabelize bad has come undone at the shift arm.

take it back to clutch repair shop.. linkage is loose-out of adjustment/ clutch is not adjusted/bled or installed proper/ or internal transmission damage has occurred (syncros) .. good luck
SOURCE: Stuck in 5th gear
That just recently happened to me. If your stick wont move into any of the gears, then you need a clutch. But if you can shift into the gears but dont go anywhere, then you need a new transmission.

That sounds like the same problem we had with ours.....it was the gearbox control unit. It is only available from Chrysler and it has to be coded by the main dealer when it is fitted.Cost if I remember was around $700. Not cheap ! The car is in 'limp home' mode to allow you to get it into the shop without causing any further damage. I drove ours to the shop , wished I hadn't because it drunk gas like there wasn't a tomorrow and the temperature got a bit hot. If the shop is only a couple of miles away then it shouldn't be a problem, if in doubt get it TOWED.
