take all screws out and pull out around the edges, should pop out, then lift up by the window.
or  Go to this website. It shows you how to remove the door panels. Ignore the part about side mirrors. kwmuth.com

with this model but I've had the inside door panels off several cars. + Then unscrew the armrest/handle (2 long screws). + Then run your fingers under the bottom of the panel (it is probably upholstered/padded hardboard) - this panel is usually held on by about 5 or 6 clips that pop out. + There may also be speaker wires etc if door-mounted speakers have been installed. + Then you should be able to gently slide the door panel up, so that the top ridge pops out from alonside the window glass.

SOURCE: How do I remove a 1995 buick park avenue drivers side door panel?

Normal 0 . First thing, disconnect your negative battery cable. Locate and remove the screws that hold your interior door handles in place (they may be hidden by snap in, or snap on clips). Remove the interior door handles, then disconnect the wire clips to the switches. Your panel is held in place by snap in clips; use a small pry bar to pull them from the door (try to get as close to, or directly under the clips to prevent them from tearing out of the door panel). Once the clips are pulled, pull the panel upward to remove it from the door.
Install in reverse.

If you don't have power windows you will have to remove the manual window crank. It is held in place by a clip on the back side of the base. To remove the clip, you will need a small hook (kind of like a knitting needle). Put the hook in behind the base, and grab the clip and pull it off. To replace it, slide the clip back on the window crank, and snap it back on the door.

SOURCE: How do I remove the rear door panel on my Buick Park avenue

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

1989 buick park avenue Cannot get power window

These are a pain to do so you will need to remove the small trim peice behind the inside door handle to get to a small screw holding the door trim on. Next retaining clips hold on the sides and bottom door trim. Some screws may be on the bottom too on some models. using an old tablr fork helps out by removing the center fork prongs which will be used as a pry bar to pry up on these clips. Once removed you can gain access to the switch. Some models will let you pry out the switch panel instead of removing the whole door trim. If the switch is mounted in a panel that is separate from the door trim it will come out that way separately
