If truck runs normal until u put on a/c- the a/c compressor could probably be seizing causing the engine to bog down -if u are able to get a set of gauges to hook up to or run a/c and feel the a/c lines for cooling if no cooling affect or the compressor i turning spuratically than compressor is bad and causing ur bog/stall problems

If you replaced the fuel pump then there is a possibility that during the job then some debris from the tank and/or filter got loose somewhere into the fuel system and is in your lines. It could even be a very tiny speck of gasket material, old or new.

find the Idle air control valve on the side of the intake and then take off and clean or replace you could try taking a small ball peen hammer and tapping it lightly while it is idling let will genarly free them up

its most likely the throttle body is dirty, just remove the air box on top of the engine and clean the throttle body out with carb cleaner.

if this happens while the defrost of ac is turned on, it could be a seized ac compressor which will cause the serpentine belt to squeal and drag making the engine sometimes stall. if it happens with the ac off and the selector on say the floor, or dash vents, the issue could be a bad alternator and battery. this is confirmed when the blower motor engages and the lights dim and then the truck goes dead.
