If truck runs normal until u put on a/c- the a/c compressor could probably be seizing causing the engine to bog down -if u are able to get a set of gauges to hook up to or run a/c and feel the a/c lines for cooling if no cooling affect or the compressor i turning spuratically than compressor is bad and causing ur bog/stall problems

If you replaced the fuel pump then there is a possibility that during the job then some debris from the tank and/or filter got loose somewhere into the fuel system and is in your lines. It could even be a very tiny speck of gasket material, old or new.

its most likely the throttle body is dirty, just remove the air box on top of the engine and clean the throttle body out with carb cleaner.

SOURCE: when i turn on my heat my 2004 trailblazer stalls

if this happens while the defrost of ac is turned on, it could be a seized ac compressor which will cause the serpentine belt to squeal and drag making the engine sometimes stall. if it happens with the ac off and the selector on say the floor, or dash vents, the issue could be a bad alternator and battery. this is confirmed when the blower motor engages and the lights dim and then the truck goes dead.

I have a 05 2.7l XL7 just put a new alternator in it today was charging at 14.32 now it's charging at 12.30v I'm trying to find the relay for it to test it where is it at

the relay will not alter the charge rate but the voltage regulator will
regulators reduce the rate of charge according to the battery voltage so if the battery is fully charged at 13.2 volts it is possible that at idle speed , that voltage recorded from the alternator is correct
you can check by inducing a discharge such as turning on the head lights and ac unit and then increasing the rpms to around 2000rpms where alternators are checked

The idle changes constantly why do i lose power when ac is turned on

this could be the alternator having a low charge rate , turning on th ac put more strain on the engines electrical system , get the charge rate checked ,

Car stalls when ac or defrost on

Sounds like the compressor is dragging the engine down. The compressor runs in ac and defrost mode. You might try unplugging the compressor to verify.

05 taurus code p1633 stalls at idle or when slowing down

The KAM circuit for the PCM and the a/c is on the same circuit.
If the PCM does not have memory voltage it will loose the settings every time you turn the key off.
You might want to check the fuses in the engine compartment for a blown fuse for this circuit.
Of course it could have another problem too, such as a faulty idle air control valve.

Why does my 2005 trailblazer turn off when I turn on my heater or air conditioner. It starts to hesitate then turns off. FYI: 1 week earlier I changed my thermostat.

check the volt meter when you turn on the heater or AC,
it could be that the alternator is just putting out enough to run,or the AC clutch in the compressor is seizing up loading down the engine, the AC will cycle on and off if your heater is set to defrost

IDLE problems when I turn on the AC. Electrical power seems to fluctuates when the car is stop sign/light or other when i have the AC on. Check it the other day, started it up, disconnected the battery,...

alternator needs good battery to keep SCR in the regulator on if it is loaded it will shut down. this will happen when you try rolling window down or rear defog will load up the system. When the truck is running and battery is hooked up the vehicle should run at @700 RPM at idle and when A/C compressor is commended on it should idle up to @1000 RPM and then back down to @700 RPM when compressor cycle off again. But if the system almost stalls then the battery and alternator should be changed together, A bad battery will damage a new alternator and a bad alternator will damage a new battery.
