SOURCE: 2002 Ford Windstar Error Code P1131 And P1151

the first o2 sensor is located just underneath the front bumper of the van, the second is located directly underneath the center of the van, kind of where the center console would be if you were inside the van. i hope that makes sense and i hope it helps.

Number fuse that powers windows

The windows are fused directly, they are operated by a computer module known as the "GEM", all the body electrical functions are controlled by this central module, it is fused by about 4 different fuses, but it is very unlikely a fuse is the problem as if it was you would have allot of things not working, windshield wipers for a start as well as the washers. This module can be tested with a special tool that prompts it to operate the many accessories it runs, It then returns fault codes for what is not functioning correctly. More than likely you have a defective GEM control module.

Door locks & door ajar chime goes crazy

It may be a bad door switch. But the only way to verify this is to put the vehicle on a scan tool that will read the information from the GEM module.
This module controls the Generic Electronics of the vehicle. Power door locks , keyless entry power windows , ect.

1998 windstar van

All these systems are controlled by the GEM, that is the Generic Electronic Module, have Kragen run a quick test and see if the system has codes, but most likely the Module is defective, it is located on top of the fuse panel to the left of the steering column. I have 30 years as a Ford tech so I am pretty darn sure of this diagnose.
