You can acess the tank from inside the trunk. just take off the cap and siphon it out.

Hello, How Much Water? Reasonable amounts can be dealt with by adding a fuel additive designed for that problem. Also if the total level of the tank is low ...add more gas. siphon it out or disconnect fuel line from engine and pump it out. If you must remove the tank you should check a shop manual and ask a friend for help. The tank can be heavy-awkward- difficult for one person.
