I you are confident you have all the bolts out then the problem is that the two alignment dowels at the corner of each side of the block is seized or you have not removed the torque converter to flywheel bolts or the if it is a manual trans the input shaft is seized in the end of the crankshaft

The bell housing will slide away from the motor a good inch and it will even rotate or turn on the spindle but won't come any farther even though we've tried to pry it off

SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Elantra - diable alarm

YES!... with various system operating difference. Disconnecting the alarm does not disable it.. it only silences the alarm. You will still need the Keyless Entry System Remote to RESET the alarm to start the vehicle.

SOURCE: P0139 code for a 2003 hyundai elantra. What is this code?

P0139 HO2S Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 / Sensor 2). This is the downstream sensor (after the catalytic converter). Odds are the sensor is going bad. Check connections/ connector to this sensor. If you don't find any problem/trouble with this connector, replace the O2 sensor.

2003 hyundai elantra starter removal where are bolts located on the starter

It's bolted to the outer edge of your transmission. If it's a front wheel drive, it may be near the front of the motor, where the engine and motor connect. Should only have two bolts holding it on. Hope this helps!

Is there a "window" on the 2003 Hyundai elantra where you can see the condition of the timing belt?

The top portion of the timing belt cover is removable so you can inspect the belt. You should be able to remove 2 or 4 10mm head bolts ant take the top of the cover off.

How to pull down oil pan on 2003 chevy trailblazer

Guessing you have the 4.2 liter engine and are trying to figure out how to "release" the oil pan from the engine block as it is on there even though all the oil pan bolts holding on the transmission bellhousing (4 of them) are out and you have everything out of your way like the compressor and differential etc. Take the 2 bolts that were holding the oil pan to the engine block. There are 2 "jack screws" on the oil pan. Take those 2 bolts and put them in the "jack screws and tighten the evenly in to remove/loosen the oil pan. Hope this is what you were talking about as this is kind of a tricky one if you haven't done one before.
