Yes.
On most models high speed bypasses the resistor, so you could have a faulty blower motor. You would need to check for voltage and ground at the motor first.

    Where is the resistor located?

Should be on the firewall under the windshield. It is mounted in the HVAC box to help keep it cool.

SOURCE: blower motor has no speeds put new resister in 4

There is a short between the resistor and the motor. Recommend you replace wiring from resistor to the blower.

resister either defective or wire incorrectly probably, try running jumper wire to motor to see if it has full speed.

Blower motor does not work on hi speed

Could be your blower motor resister, here's a link to what it looks like,it's located next to blower motor, easy to remove, disconnect electrical connector, remove 2 screws, can't look at it to tell if bad. Here's where the blower motor is.

My heater blowers dnt work and i need to knw where i can locate the resister blocks for my heater blowers so i can ghange them

Its located under dash,or near glove box.

The dash panel lower side has to be out.

HEATER BLOWER MOTOR

Its faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.

It can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.

Heater fan only blows on high speed

most likely the resister. Not very expensive part and should be easy to change out if you know where its located ( usually under the dash) You can buy a repair manual for your model at any parts store, and be sure to ask the parts guy if he knows where its located. he might just be able to save you the cost of the manual. Good luck with it.

01- Dodge Caravan AC Heater Control it only works on high none of the speeds work when I rotate the switch from low to high. Is this a swith problem or a motor problem?

Most likely neither. The most common cause is that an electrical device called the blower motor resister block, has failed. This device provides all the slower speeds. It is generally mounted in the HVAC [Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning] box, very close to the blower motor. FYI, we mechanics call the fan motor inside the cabin the blower motor. The electric fan motor behind the radiator is called the cooling fan motor.
If the resistor block is OK, then you have either a bad fan speed switch or a melted electrical connector at that switch. 95% of the time, the resister block is the problem.

My low speed for my windshield wipers doesnt work but hte others do. i was wondering if it had its own relay or could it jus be the actual switch?

probably has a blower resistor which usually consist of what looks like a group of springs it runs the current to blower motor thru different ones according to speed selected low speed would be the largest one,the larger they are the more resistance and less current to blower motor making it slower usually in high speed it is direct or thru separate relay this blower resistor can be found on air box generally close to blower motor it will have an electrical connector going to it with two or so screws holding it in box remove you may see one of springs burnt into if not check continiuty to each no low speed should be largest one and may not have continuity if all this is good then may be switch but resistor is most common for this problem

Low speed ac blower motor does not work. Other

The heater blower motor has a blower resister. its in the heater box next to the blower motor, above the passengers feet. The bottom of the dash has a cover hold on with a few screws. the resister has a 4 or 5 wire plug and is heald in with 2 bolts, remove the connector then the bolts and it'll slide out. The new one may have to come from the dealer and have your VIN ready when you call. They'll have it or can get it in one regular day
