Question about 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Check the asd circuit to make sure you have power and ground on the correct terminals. You can switch the relay with another to verify the problem is not the relay.
There is a diagram on the side of the relay and you may need a shop manual for the complete wiring diagram.

try the ignition control sensor. sounds like mine. replaced all the same parts. then sell it while you can. mine took a ****.

Either your anti-theft unit is on, or your computer is faulty.
If anti-theft is on, leave key in ON position for exactly 10 minutes, then start car.
