Parking lights stay on after i turn the lights off

cut off what/ lamp switch or Key off, or both , not told what.
got DRL lamps. no told
relay stuck.?
all else ok, car drives ok
head lamps turn off and on? both
all read lamps work,/ besides park.
up to 8 parking lamps on cars, all stick on?

Faulty switch, or you have a Body control Module communication issue. You need an auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to check live data and communication between all the systems.

Normally all parking lights are controlled by the light switch. First turn turn on the parking lights and second turn turns on the head lights.

Are you sure it is not your break lights staying on? if this is your break lights - look at break pedal for break light switch staying on or not adjusted correctly. Does your car battery gets drained from your break lights staying on?

make sure park light switch is turned off, lights are feed unswitched current, if switch is in off position, switch is bad

If you pull the 20amp park lamp fuse and the lights stay on, it almost has to be a short inside the headlight switch.
Will the lights go off if you unplug the headlight switch ?

sounds like your relay is going out lights stay on for about three minutes then go out is normal but for them to stay on is not .make sure your dash dimmer switch is in correct position also you can before you go in turn lights on then off that will reset timer.

The parking lights staying on and the left turn signal not working may not be related, the turn signal is probably a burned out bulb, turn on the left signal and see if all the bulbs light up if not replace the burnt one, if they all light, the turn signal flasher may be at fault ( it can work with one side and not the other), as far as the parking lights staying on, check the door "pin" switch that controls the interior lights (are the interior lights staying on too?), since the chimes are staying on even with the keys on , I would suspect the door pin switch, probably the drivers side. I believe there may be a timer on the parking lights that turn them off after several seconds after the door is closed, this may be at fault if not the pin switch. newer cars and trucks also leave the reverse lights on for a while after the door is closed.

PARK LAMP RELAY STUCK CLOSE WILL CAUSE PARK LIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHTS TO STAY ON.

190e light switch turned counter clockwise all the way to the left is for left front and rear parking light.turn switch clockwise 1 position and the right parking and tail light will be on,turn 1 more position clockwise and all lights will be off. if lights continue to be on replace light switch

Had the same problem and it was a short in the trailer light hook-up.
