i have the ac on most of the time

It now needs to go to a repair shop verse a body shop & the problem diagnosed. I would say the body shop failed to give you the car back in proper working order. If that isn't something they do ,it is usually sent out for whatever they can't handle. Totally unacceptable

SOURCE: 01 sentra when i accelerate my car doesnt speed up and it makes a wooofing noise

very first thing i would try is a full tune up. This means the fuel filter , air filter, plugs and wires and possibly the coils. If this still does not fix it then try doing an emissions clean on it. What this does is it cleans out the intire fuel system and is very simple to do. Depending on the transmission on whether its a standard or automatic could be a bad tranny.

SOURCE: Car won't move

It would appear that your CV joints are worn out completely, and you are going to have to replace them, or the whole half-shaft. When you hear those funny noises, that is your car talking to you... the only way it can, and you have to fix those noises ASAP.

SOURCE: engine clacking while accelerating

Well you might be talking about a cam shaft noise or a crank-shaft noise. How does the oil look?
Is it over-due for an oil change?
What else can you tell me about the cars symptoms?

SOURCE: accelerator pedal must be pressed to start car

You engine probably has a 'cold start valve' that enriches the fuel/air mix when the engine is cold and these are often problematic. You might go to a chain auto parts store and ask them to do a (free) scan of your computer since errors of this kind are often stored there.

1988 Toyota Camry LE clicking noise during acceleration

start with premium gas or injector cleaner, could be a low octane ping. this may be hard to diagnose with out hearing the noise so the other thing i would have you do is remove the belts and run the engine. sometimes when a bearing in an alternator, idler pulley, a/c compressor or belt tensioner goes bad they can make a clicking noise. try to listen if the noise is coming from the belt area, the transmission area or some other spot. spin all the pulleys with the engine off and wiggle them to see if any are bad

Struts noise?

I would tend to believe it's more likely a worn sway bar bushing or link if it's a rattle or a small clunk, if it's a loud clunk probably a strut, try bouncing he back of the car when parked, if you get the clunk probably a strut if only when driving, turning, braking probably just a bushing on the sway bar

1996 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 L has trouble accelerating

often times the engine needs to warm up to normal operating temperature. this varies from makes and models. if you cant wait that long, having it idle for approximately 5 - 10 minutes should at least lessen the acceleration problem, but the longer you wait the better it will be on the engine.

My 2000 passat just started making a loud noise when i accelerate and it seems like its moving slower in acceleration and reving higher

my good friend I believe the solution I give might be not good for you as to what you state It sounds that you are loosing your automatic gear box. Have you ever changed the oil & filter of your Gear box? If not that was the reason.

Clicking only while accelerating, 5-speed

Could be a noisy valve or lifter in the engine, or an exhaust leak.
Can you make the noise happen by revving up the engine with the car parked ?

Check engine light for 2006 Chrysler Town & Country came on when driving. Then after we parked it for the day, it wouldn't start back up. It is making a clicking noise. The day before this happened...

There are several cases: Fuel system is dirty or your pump not working properly, Computer box connector lose, spark plug worn out, Tune up and high voltage not sufficient.

Accelerated clicking/knocking noise when i start driving

sounds like your CV joints are worn out. If the clicking noise gets worse when turning then its a definite possibility. Also check the CV joint boots for splits as this can quickly wear them out. The dust mixes with the grease to form a grinding paste.
