Question about 2000 Daewoo Lanos
When fixing a broken timing belt in a 2000 Daewoo Lanos, what needs to be done; how much time does it take & what kind of cost am I looking at?
It will most likely cost you a lot of money you must remove the engine mount on the left side of the engine also all the plastic guards. it is also a good idea to replace the water pump and the belt tensioners at this time. it is also very important to check the valve condition at this time if you had a timing belt actually break because it could have bent a valve. It takes a long time to do i did one and it took me at least five hours.
