SOURCE: The a/c in My 1995 Isuzu Rodeo V6 Keeps blowing

Your ground from the blower is likely insufficient. I was actually melting fuses and they would not blow.

Why does the 20amp fuse for the fuel pump keep popping?

rodeo or rodeo SPORT?
2.2 or 3.2 engine> not even a cylinder count....
i wish all problems were this simple. (easy with ammeter)
the load is SHORTEd, the fuse saved the fire.
x2 all above answers
but keep in mind some fuses run more that one thing, ill check.

20amp fuse (no label) no engine option stated, must be the 6ve1, v6 twin cam.
fuel systems vary by (engine type)
not the 3.5L vin Y engines. 2.2 or 3.2L>?
fuse EB12, Engine bay fuse blows, 20a, fuel pump.

so pull these conn.
H-15 first
then if ok, (no blow)
H-25: if not blow now the pump is shorted
or the wire from H25 to F1 is ground to the frame.
wire inspections are first. on that path.
i use a EB12 , circuit breaker and mag ammeter to find this fast.

Why dose my fuel pump fues keep blowing

check the wiring from the fuse to the pump for broken insulation that is earthing out the wire and causing a dead short. Check for screws .pinched wires under mounts, melted wires on exhaust, shorting out in connections.

if you mean the fuse blows every time you replace it, the problem may be the compressor coil broken! good luck!

Trying to jump my wifes vehicle, when finished my hhr had no power steering

When jumping the HHR, be sure to use ONLY the labeled Positive and Negative connection points. Improper jumping will cause the main EPS fuse to blow. This is fuse #1, 60A in the underhood fuse box. Also check fuse #19, 2A in the inside console fusebox.
