Question about 1995 Ford F250
I believe the starter is not functioning as when you turn the key it only clicks (not continuously). I am looking for a picture of the starter on the engine so I know where to look for it. Hopefully, I will then be able to replace it myself.
Should be able to... you may be able to see the starter from the top. look where the motor and transmission join. you will see the starter then. usually two or three wires connect to it.
a quick test woud be to hit the starter with a hammer (not too hard) while someone turns the key for you. be careful as it may start. make sure you are not near any mechanical moving parts that can injure you.
If the hammer test causes it to start... replace the starter... this test works best when the starter first starts to fail... after awhile tapping it won't work.
