first check for voltage at rear sockets, and make sure grounds are good, if not the signal switch is probably bad, the brake lights and signal both operate through the switch

How can I wire into the CJB of a 2005 F150, to utilize one of the unused fuse locations? Is the distribution panel (fuse box) sealed, or can it be opened to access the fuse terminals underneath? Are there...

The fuse box is in the kick panel of the passenger side floor board. Beware this is a solid state fuse box so if you blow it you have to replace it all

2000 Ford F150 Signal Lights Wiring Diagram

Hi Raymond
Not sure about a wiring diagram but the circuits you mention are pretty straight forward. (I have a Ford 2000 Explorer.) These small circuits don't use a relay they just get fed directly from a fuse. The Signal lights also have a flasher in the circuit. Use a 12v test light to test for 12v on top of each fuse to find the open one rather than removing each.
Cheers

Where is the 12 volt fuse on a 2004 ford F-150

The fuse for the 12V accessory plug or "power point" as Ford calls it is located: looking at the fuse box (lower right side panel (just inside the passenger door)--the third row of fuses from the bottom; look for a large horizontal 30A thing (don't know what to call it). You'll see to its right, two 20 yellow fuses, then a 52. The 12V fuse is the second yellow fuse from the right of big 30A thing. The owners manual is useless for fuse information pg 194-195. The graphic in my manual doesn't look anything like the fuse box in my truck. Someone else posted on this site the 12V fuse is #39, being a yellow 20. That was my only clue, so I started pulling yellow fuses one-by-one until I found it. What fun!

Only one 12v oulet works 2007 Accord

Use a 12v test light, wrap the probe with electical tape, leaving a 1/4" exposed. Touch the probe to
the bottom center contact(+)of the socket, and ground the clip wire to the metal side of the socket.
If the light comes on, check the plug on your device.
If not try another ground, if it still won't come on
check the fuses. On the top of the fuses on each
side of the amp rating stamp 20a/30a etc. you will
see very small metal contacts.
Ground the test light wire and touch the probe to
each side of the fuses. There should be power on both sides, if you have power only on one side the
Fuse is bad. Hope this helps. Good luck.

89 5.0 f150 electrical problem, NOTHING in or on the truck has any power. blown fuse?

usually fusible links cause this look for a fuse box under the hood close to the battery if its there and has giant fuses in it it is probably one of them. If it does not have giant fuses then it is a wire type fusible link you can test either using a standard 12v test light just check both sides for power.

No 12V at Trailer Tow

you might search for a burnt fusible link that feeds that harness...try looking where the battery cable is connected to the starter motor underneath.sometimes you cant tell if a fuse wire is burnt...you gotta tug on it slightly...if it stretches like rubber, the wire inside is burnt/separated and designed to do so there instead of frying the whole harness
