If the dash lights do not come on:

The most common cause of this is loose battery connections. The battery is located underneath the driver's seat. Turn the ignition to the on position and slide the driver's seat forward. The battery is concealed with a plastic flap, remove the flap. Check the tightness of the two terminals while looking at the dash, if the dash lights up, then you know what the problem was. ·

If the dash lights are coming on and the vehicle makes no attempt to start:

The most common cause is the starter motor terminals. These can overheat and fuse. This type failure is very sudden and shows no warning signs. The only cure is a replacement starter motor.

The car tries to start but only cranks and the dash lights will not come on

Sounds like a fuse needs to be replaced. Check your owners manual for the location of the fuse box(es). If the fuse box has a cover, it will often have a diagram of the fuses to tell you which is which. Sometimes the descriptions are labelled directly on the fuse panel. Look for fuse names that would indicate dash board, instruments or computer. Pull those and look at them to see if they have blown. If so, replace with the same fuse type and amperage. Sometimes there will be spares included in the fuse box. Otherwise, go to the auto part store and get the replacement fuse(s). If you replace the fuse(s) and there is no change, check them again to see if the new one(s) blew. If the new one(s) blew, you'll probably need to get professional help to determine the cause.

No dash lights 1995 Jeep. I have no dash lights. My interior lights work, brake lights work, console lights dont work, stereo lights work, high beam indicator works, blinker indicator works, everything...

Look for fuse panel under or either side of dash. Another location may be similar in engine bay.
Fuses probably labelled. Available at motor shops, garages etc.
If out of your experience then probably not expensive to ask auto electrician where to look. Many are cooperative and may tell over the phone or counter.

I have a 1999 Beetle and When I'm driving My dash beeps like 10 beeps in a row and the inside lights come on but nothing so up on the dash to tell me the problem

Ok, so are you saying NO LIGHTS come on to tell you what issue is on the dash? The beeping you hear is a low oil pressure warning beep. Its telling you that you are either low on oil or that the oil pump is not delivering oil properly to the motor (car is sensing low oil pressure but on these cars there is no oil pressure gauge on dash to look at). Check your oil level and make sure you are not low. Best time is in morning on flat surface start car and let run 5 minutes. Stop car, let sit 5 minutes and then pull dipstick and check level. Also make sure you are using the correct oil and viscosity for this motor. VW's require VW certified oil and a certain viscosity. You can go to www.mobil1.com to find the correct oil available in the states for your vehicle. Too thin or too thick a viscosity could cause similar issue. Otherwise please clarify the light comment as I have never heard of the lights coming on automatically after a beeping noise and I will research.

A light has come on in the dash board of my 2001 B4, it looks like a motor or something like that and I don't know what it means

There are 2 icons that resemble an motor: one that has + and -  on it - it's for the battery, it lights up when it's empty, probably caused by an failing alternator - or the oil pressure indicator it lights up when it gets too low - it's time to replace the oil and its filter.
