Your fuel tank which should be located somewhere aroung the rear axle should have 2 lines coming off of it from the top and running along side of the drivers side frame. One for fuel is for demand and one for return. Follow those lines and you will come across the fuel filter which is an inline filter
It should look like this pretty much. Example image only.
To install make sure you have a drip pan because obviously fuel left in the lines will come out. You will also need a fuel line disconnect tool which looks like this.
All autozones or checker stores will have this little guy and it's only $6 bucks or so. It will wrap around the fuel line and compress the retainer clips on either side of the fuel filter to be able to remove it.
When installing the new filter pay attention to the arrow posted on the side of the filter this should match the flow of fuel towards the engine.

The coolant temperature switch and fan control switch are located sie by side, mounted in the steel portion of the heater hose that runs from the thermostat housing to the firewall, it is underneath the air intake tube and the ignition coil pack, mounted to the back of the cylinder head. Either drain out some coolant or be very quick, and you can unplug and unscrew each switch from the hose and replace it with a new one. Make sure the engine is cold. After replacing make sure to check the coolant level add as neccessary. The single wire connector switch is for the guage, and the other is for fan control. Hope this helps, let me know.
