Question about 2004 Dodge Stratus
I used a temporary leak stopper and its been fine for a month and all of a sudden it stopped on me today. I know I have to replace the water pump I was just wondering how hard it would be to do, the mechanic are asking for hundreds of dollars when the pump is only 80.00 has anyone ever done this?
Contrary to my collegues remark?
You obviously seem to have an interest in the mechanical side of your vehicle and want a repair like anyone done professionally and as cheaply as possible.
So try a reputeable workshop with references for a quote? I'm across the pond U.K. so would love to come and repair your vehicle BUT costing doesn't appraise from amount??
So get some local quotes!
You possibly will not need a heater matrix/core just a good flush! please let me know how things pan out? (Sorry about pun!)
