Question about Dodge Neon
Just when I turn the wheels. What is it?
Check the wheel wells and make sure your tires are not touching anything almost all cars have a hard plastic or rubber flap in the wheel wells this protects your engine from objects flying in from the tire make sure that is not touching the tire if that is not the case try taking it to a well known place such as carx or firestone just tell them you wanna know what the problem is and how much it would cost to fix it most of these places wont charge you to find the problem unless it needs a machine hooked up for diagnostics good luck and I hope this helps

I had this problem on a Ford Explorer Sport. Underneath the vehicle there are rubber plugs for wiring to run through. You may have lost one of the somehow and then after going through puddles or driving in the rain it started to get wer and spread.
