Question about 2001 Porsche Boxster
Two completely separate fuses. Replace both if you are unsure as to which one is not working. before you do, check to insure any wiring insulation is not bared on the positive side of turn signals causing fuses to blow.

First thing id do is check fuses they are different to hazard lights

check under and around your entire brake pedal assembly in the car. there may be a contact switch or something like it being blocked by dirt or object.
