I think it might be behind where the seats are, (not the actual seats but behind that area in the engine bay)

ECU does not have a switch to turn the light off, it needs to be reset only by using a scan tool.

Open the bonnet area, you will find the master switch on the upper left area, turn it OFF (right). After one minute, put the ignition in POS 2 without starting the car, leave for 30sec, start the car BUT leave idle for 10 minutes.

Doors are locked and the battery is dead

You are going to have to jack up the car but you should be able to find the cable underneath that pulls the hood open. You can manually yank that with a vice grip and open the hood to get to your battery.

My 1999 Ferrari 360 Modena battery is dead. I haven't driven in over a month. Should I change the battery or jump start it?

Oh how I wish I had such a problem. You should jump start it and let it run or drive it for a half an hour or so then park it and see if it starts again in the morning. If the battery is dead again you probably need to go ahead and replace it.

Electrical problem, battery drain.

Try to isolate the problem. If the current flow is between the fuse block and the window switch you may be grounding somewhere between. Next check the window switch. If there is current flow across the switch when not being used, replace the switch. There should be no current at the window motor until the switch is engaged. On the other hand, you could just buy one of those solar powered battery chargers for about $40 to keep the battery up and not worry about it until something fails.
