This is either a loose belt, or low power steering fluid. Remember that Honda uses a diffrent power steering fluid from everyone else. Make sure it is a Honda compatable fluid, or you will get leaks.

Faint to loud humming noise while driving and turning...

Could be either a loose belt or you are low on power steering fluid,or the power steering pump could just be worn out.

It sounds like the power steering belt is too loose, tighten it up a bit but not too much just enough to make slipping belt stop.

If it is still under warranty they should have put a new transmission in and your first problem sounds like a steering problem, not sure if you have electric power steering or pumped power steering but those should be the first things looked at and then the wheel linkage.

Could be one of three things: Low on power steering fluid loose belt do to a weak belt tensioner or the power steering pump itself.
