Ware are they breaking? are they power windows? i am asking this because most power windows from the factory are rivided to the regulators, and if you have to replace the motor you have to bolt it back in, and maybe they came loose and put it on a bine. if you did it right, witch i'am sure you did this is aG.M. problem. i got to admit this is the first time i heard of this happening. not to say it hasent its just i've never have. send a letter off to G. M. or e mail and tell them about it. maybe they will do something about it.OLD SCHOOL.

I bought a new hyundai accent back in 2006, after 2 years the dealer replaced a faulty starter motor, that is now ok,about 18 months ago one of the coils broke down, that was replaced, about 6 months later...

Hyundia are the best car in the world. Sorry, but they are getting better. I haven't heard of a harness issue. anyway the coils have the ground in common, but the hot wires are separate. probably got there coil packs from china( junk). And I have seen coil packs break down one after the other on different models. Hopefully the dealer is using a better grade of coils. You might even ask them to go ahead and replace the rest of them, seeing there is an issue there. You just never know.

No fuel getting to engine. Possibe fuel pump. Replace fuel filter with aftermarket brand 6 months ago.

possibility that's it's the pump, the fuel pump relay, check the relay and pump for power/ground etc.
Although you changed the filter 6 months ago i wouldn't X that as a possibilty, i always try to change parts with Ac Delco or another OEM equivalent brand.
Could also be injectors, test the resistance at each one, however if none are giving gas then it's extremely rare that they all died at once.

Pwerwindow, driverside wont go down

as always, check fuses first. most likely your issue is a bad driver's door window switch pack. you'll want to check the wiring and maybe manually power the window motor to make sure it's serviceable.

Steady noise from rear wheels (or possibly left side only) when driving

It is the rear bearing. I replaced driverside 1 year ago and then the passenger side 6 months ago. Looks like water entered the sealed bearing and there is rust. It is a common problem! Dealer was out of stock so I bought the part at NAPA ...little cheaper. You need some skill to replace it. If you want to attempt it I can describe it more! Its about a 500 buck repair at the dealer.

2000 s10 Blazer dies very 3-6 weeks for no reason

i would check your ignition system. you would need a meter for this but look for broke or loose connections. if it was a fuel problem i dont think it would just start up after 20 minutes. or you might try your ignition switch. if its shorting or something then ya well it would cut your engine off real quick
