My car is making a noise coming from one of the pulleys on my car, but its not a high pitch squeal. It sounds more like a pulley is rubbing something.

It sounds like you have a Bad Belt Tensioner. Replace that and your Belt should stop Hollerin at ya!

The belt in my 01 Dodge Dakota squeals badly. Started when I had my power steering pump replaced. I tried changing the belt and the tensioner, but still squeals. Is it possible the pulley on the power...

excess mechanical drag from the pump can cause the belt to slip and squeal, but before focusing on the pump I'd check the condition, tension and alignment of the belt. I might even try cleaning all the pulleys with an aerosol brake cleaner and install a new belt, particularly if the current one has more than 50,000 miles on it. It might be that the squeal is coming from or caused by a different belt-driven accessory.
A more typical noise from a power-steering pump is a high-pitched whine, not a squeal. Usually, if the steering wheel is stationary, meaning that the steering rack is not "asking" for assistance from the high-pressure fluid from the pump, there's little or no noise

High squeal from engine area

i would suspect one of the idler pulleys, alternator bearings, water pump baring, you can isolate the location of the sound by using a short piece of hose, hold one end at your ear and with the engine running and the squealing noise evident carefully aim the other end of the hose at the deferment pulley locations, as you get closer to the noise source you will hear a marketable rise in noise you hear through the hose, careful not to get the hose caught up in the belt

It sounds like your water pump is going it usually vibrates throughout everything if it was your alternator it would show signs with your power the easiest way would to take your belt off remembering the belt route and spin the alternator pulley and the water pump pulley to see if they spin freely without noise

You didn't mention the alternator, power steering pump, or water pump. In fact, any pulley other than the crankshaft one can have a bad bearing or dry seal. Remove the belt and spin each pulley while listening for any rough noise or squeal. If it was the crankshaft, it might be time to check the oil. Start the engine with the belt off to see if it does squeal. Make sure the noise isn't coming from the radiator fan(s).
