SOURCE: 2006 Toyota Matrix 2nd fuse panel location?

The second fuse panel that you seek is under the dashboard, on the driver side (for a US car). This box is called the "JB1" (junction block #1), and contains several relays in addition to the 15 amp "CIG" fuse that you need to replace.
Hope this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Blower motor runspart time .i have replaced resistor and relay/1996 grand am

Since you have replaced the stepped speed control resistor, the problem is probably due to a corroded connector or fuse holder.I'd check the fuse holder first, then do the possibly annoying tracing of wiring to locate a connector which may be heat- or corrosion damaged.
Finding the right color codes to follow and make locating connectors is much easier (not easy, just easier) with a manual and I like Haynes. We have three different and keep them in the vehicles to which they belong.

The fuse box under the hood, one of the fuse insert is broke so I need to replace the whole box. I need help to find the part ant the name of the part

You can call it a fuse box or panel. The unit usually comes as part of the harness. You can usually find a good used unit in most scrapyards or, you can make a "work around" by detaching the box and locating the wiring that feeds and is served the broken fuse holder. Then, all you need to do is buy an in-line fuse holder and bypass the original by attaching the wires from the holder to the backside of the panel. Use one rated at or above whatever the fuse you are replacing and use the same fuse that belongs there. If you do this, the only caution is to make sure you don't pinch any wires when you put it back together. It sounds complicated but it's far easier than installing a complete unit and it shouldn't cost you more than $10.00.

Please help ,i have a 1990 jeep wrangler, while removing the fuse i broke the connector that the fuse goes into. what is it called and where can i get one?

Since you did not mention where the fuse was, you really haven't given enough info. But, if the fuse is in a fuse block, either the under dash one or the power distribution center under the hood, probably the easiest way to do that repair without replacing the entire block would be to take it apart so you can access the wiring inside, behind the one you broke, then get an in-line fuse holder. Attach it to the wiring that goes to the broken port and put the appropriate size fuse in it.When putting it back together, be sure not to pinch any wires including the new ones. Locate the fuse holder near the original block so you can get to it.
When buying the holder, note that they come rated for different draw fuses. Get one that is close to the one you will be using but don't use one that is rated lower. Using a 20 amp holder and a 15 amp fuse is fine but the other way around is not.

Just wondering if you can help me with a electrial wiring problem? the wires have melted together and dont know which one is the earth as they keep blowing the fuses

I would think your best bet is to cut out the melted section and reconnect (through splices) the wires. They should be color coded, so you should know which wires connect together.

If you get the wires separated where the melted part is, spliced together, and properly insulated, which one is the ground really shouldn't matter. You have removed the point where the positive is touching the negative, and the fuse blowing should stop.

I would suggest you use heat shrink tubing to insulate the spliced wires.

Can u leve n 4wd all tha time,or do i have to change back to fwd

It is not recomended to run like that all the time. It is really just for towing. If it seems to be running better I would suspect that either the rear or the viscous is in need of attention. Hope this helps and have a good day.
