I have a Dodge Charger r/t bought it new. I have 46,000 miles on it. Notice it is using oil and at idle there is a pinging noise.

In my experience with the 2.7L engine, the spark plugs are located on the top of the engine below the individual ignition coils. The coils are placed between the intake manifold and the valve covers, 3 per side. The coils are held in with "torx" screws. Simply remove the screws, and disconnect the connectors to remove the coils. The spark plugs will be underneath. Be sure to properly gap the spark plugs for maximum life and emissions compliance. Also, an improperly gapped plug can shorten the life of the coil packs.

Check all vacuum lines first for any possible leaks especially if you have a flow control near firewall or hoses going through firewall. If you feel hoses going to heater core, are they both hot to touch when engine at normal running temperature? Coolant level is up, and been bled properly? Did you have to add coolant lately for any reason?

The bulb must have went out in the area where my ac knobs are...i know it isnt the fuse because 1 side is still lit do i change the bulbs that are out.

on most newer cars the bulbs are L.E.Ds and are not replacable if you still have a warranty take it to the dealer. if not you may have to replce the heater control pannel wich will most likly cost over $200 at the dealer

I have a 2006 dodge charger and it sounds like the oil pump has went out.All of the lifters are making noise but the oil light has not came on.The oil is changed ever 3000 miles is it the oil pump or...

To know for sure the oil sending unit will have to be removed,and a oil pressure tester installed where the oil sending unit cam out,to test how much psi is actually present.

Light does not come on on the ac panel when you turn the headlights on at night all the other lights come on

you need to replace a/c heater control panel..cannot replace bulbs..they are LED
