Re: Broke glass in passenger miorror
Yes... you can buy a kit at autozone or any auto parts supplies store..i suspect even walmart has them. you remove all the old glass... but the new mirror to the size you need ... and use the sticky tape to attach the new one.

Headlight unit, as you sit in the car looking forward this is right hand - left hand side of the car for ordering the correct side unit.
You will have to replace the whole unit as the lens is polycarbonate and bonded onto the reflector. Try to get one from a car breakers ( they are readily available on-line) as it will be considerably cheaper and also not stand out so much as a brand new unit. good luck - hope this helps
you have to remove the piller support ,i take it you are refering to the rear quaterlight in the back passenger door?? or the whole glass ?? in future leave nothing inside the vehicle on show and leave it open ,it has a chipped key so it cannot go walkabout .
You can usually just replace the mirror, any commercial auto-glass store has the glass you need. sometimes it is necessary to replace the mirror and its backing (a plastic frame which snaps into the adjustable motor) you don't need to replace the whole mirror unless the housing is broken.
Position the inner edge or the exterior rear view mirror glass to its maximum travel.
WARNING: Place a shop towel between the exterior rear view mirror glass and the hand to avoid personal injury in the instance of glass breakage. Grasp the outboard edge of the exterior rear view mirror glass and pull outward.
Remove the exterior rear view mirror glass.
If equipped, disconnect the heated rear view mirror glass electrical connectors.
If equipped, connect the heated rear view mirror glass electrical connectors.
NOTE: An audible click will be heard during installation. Press firmly in the center of the exterior rear view mirror glass until it snaps onto the exterior rear view mirror motor.
