Just fixed this just the other day for a customer. Disconnect the battery first only after you've wormed up the engine just some, You'll have to hold the gas pedal. now with it off and the battrry unhooked remove the large air hose in the middlle of the front of the motor. There's a cover on the top of the moter held on with a few 10 MM headed nuts and set this cover aside. unscrew the rubber hose and work it off the throttle body. Position the hose out of the way and now you can see the throllte blade. You can pust it open with your finger. You'll notice that it's very dirty. This dirt can be removed with carb clearer or throttle body cleaner, Holding it open not only clean the blade also clean the hole that it closes in, Wipe good with a rag and try not to get too much down in the engine. once wiped up an dclean put the hose back on and tightem it and put the cover back on and then connect the battery and start it. You may have to hold a fast idel till the engine burns off the cleaner and then let off slowly and it'll idel if nothing else is wrong. Soon as you can try to use up and change to freash gas.
