Question about 1991 GMC Suburban
I have searched the wiring harness and only found where looks like three wires are going into one and have been crimped together and taped with electrical tape. I reworked all the sensors and replaced the ECM and Catalytic converter, Truck failed state inspection with high HC(PPM) and NOx(PPM) at low speeds everything else passed.
Tan with a white stripe located 1 under the passenger carpet near the middle of the hump in the floorboard 2 in the engine harness near the fuse relay center may have to peel the wire loom back to find it timing at (0) btdc with connector unplugged

There is an updated resistor/connector package. Very expensive from GM, try your local NAPA or other parts supplier for a replacement

Please look at page two. It shows most connect cross reference to Bosch Universal 4 wires O2 kit.

Some thing in the instrument panel has shorted out or the wire from the fuse to the panel., pulling to many amps. If you could do without the panel for two days you would find out if it's the panel or the wires before. Electrical problems are no fun. I'm into a Ford that I just got running (second day) And there are still problems. (stupid computers). For the wires a good place to start is behind the fuse panel
