Question about 1992 Cadillac Seville
Cadillac dashboard said overheated, idle engine, turn off engine and then starts beeping even after i turned off the car the beeping wont stop. turns out theres a coolant leek and and the accessory belt slipped. but even after i fixed those problems. the battery keeps dying cause the beeping wont stop even after the keys out and all doors are shut. plus the fuel gage is now bouncing from below empty to way above the full bar (nothing to do with gas lvls cause i left it right under half a tank). does anyone know where i should start to fix this problem?

Most common cause of this is the blower fan (proper name for the fan you refer to) continuing to run is a shorted out Electronic Climate Control Module. This solid state device replaces the older style fan speed resistor block (at about 4 times the price) This unit is found on the top of the HVAC box under the hood. (HVAC means heating, ventilation and air conditioning) The HVAC box is found on the passenger side of the firewall. Look behind the A/C's accumulator. It will have an electrical wiring plug on top of it. It will be fastened to the HVAC box with a few 7mm hex head screws. Very easy to change.
FYI, do yourself a favor and replace the blower fan motor at the same time. The Electronic Climate Control Module usually fails because the motor is drawing to many amps of current. This is because it's bushings are worn out or the brushes are worn out.
This is very common on Cadillacs and Buicks.
PS Not sure why car won't start. Either you drained the battery or blew a fuse which controls starting the engine. Need more info regarding the "no start" condition.

IT SEEMS SMETHINGS IS DRAINING THE BATTERY,MAKE SURE YOU DO NO LEAE THE KEY IN IGNITION BECAUSE IT HAS PAT KEY IT WILL DRAIN,BEST WAY TO FIND THE DRAIN,DISCOUNNECT ONE OF THE BATERY CABLE,PLACE AN AMMETER IN SERIES,WATCH THE READING,PULL EACH FUESE OUT FROM FUSE BOX (ONE IS LOCATED UNDER HOOD DRIVER SIDE,ONE UNDER REAR SEAT) WICHEVER FUSE THAT REMOVED AND CAUSE AMMETER DROP TO ZERO THE CIRCUIT THAT IS FED FRM FUSE IS THE PROBLEM ( MAY BE A GLOVE OR TRUNK LIGHT THAT STAYS ON OR OHER STUFF LIKE THAT)

the plugs are the problem, they become unable to ignite all the fuel when in idle, so that they get wet and won't give any spark until dry. try to replace them. if there's no difference the problem is at the admission system(fuel pump maybe)
