What is the torque settings for a mitsubishi colt hiline 2.0i cylinder head?

There is no torque value. Commonly, Head bolts are tightened and then removed in sequence as you step threw 3 values: 23/33/45 ft lbs then the final value is achieved by rotating the bolts 90 degrees so the final value is unknown.

You have to get either a hayes manual or follow a procedure online if you are replacing the head gasket. If you are not replacing the gasket do not "re-torque" the head bolts thinking that you can fix a head gasket leak.

I changed te head on my Mitsubishi colt 2800 TDI, when I put the head back all timing marks were aligned properly, ie crankshaft and camshaft, I did not check ful pump timing, will this be aligned cor

Was the pump timing Mark linger up as well ? Usually if you align the crank , cam , and fuel pump you don't ususlly have a drama, since you didn't check the pump I would say it would have sprung back on the cam and springs inside the pump and would be out a few teeth, you will need to recheck the timing, you may also need to re time the pump as well, I'm assuming it a VE pump! If you don't check you will probably won't start or will run very rough, hope this helps

Orange engine warning light on dashboard, excessive exhaust emissions, any suggestions?

are you loosing antifreeze, you probably wont see any leaks. if no leaks are present and you are burning it, it may be a cracked cylinder or a bad head gasket. you may also have bad oxygen sensors which will cause mileage to drop off and motor to run rough. first thing to due is have the computer scanned and codes read to give you a general location of problems

How do i know if the cylinder head bolts on my 1990 plymouth colt are torque to yield

They are torque to yield if they require a final extra degree turn (like 90, or 45 degrees) in the headbolt tightening torque values listed in the repair manual.

99 nissan cefiro. An orange warning light comes on which looks like an engine. What does this mean?

This is the 'Check Engine' warning light. This normally comes on when there are sensors (usually the engine knock sensor) that are faulty or indicate some type of engine trouble.

Have this diagnosed by a qualified technician immediately.

Hope this helps.

2001 golf, changed timing belt, now car only goes to 2800 rpm

check that you havent bent a valve in the cylinder head. Do a compression check on each of the cylinders if it is low on any this more than likely a bent valve resulting in no power from that cylinder.
