Sounds like a problem with the turn signal switch. The third brake light bypasses that switch.

With the condition of the screws you should check to make sure there is a good connection to the lower bulbs for both power and ground.

so is this the reals story?
  1. I modified my car,
  2. now it dont work?
is that it? we cant help you fix a car that is not stock
sorry, the books only cover stock, so if walk that path, then get pro
help that is willing to work on hacked up cars.

put it back to stock
bingo it works
now break it again, repeat ,wash and repeat.

YOU DO know that many cars will not run LED , correctly right
and blinkers top that list.

there are 2 cures,
1: back to stock
2: get dummy load resistors to fool car in to thinking blinkers are stock.

most blinker modules, do a dance (actup) on purpose.
the warn you that a light is dead or shorted.
putting in LED makes said MODULE, think lights are dead.
(it measure current and goes, gee, lamp out)

so if you are not a tech or engineer, (learn that ) or skip all that. stuff.

I am unaware of what a "CO" display is.
Now with the blinkers, hazard, horn and brake lights not working that may be the multi funtion switch (blinker switch) that is located inside the column (where the blinker lever attaches).
Obviously the blinker, hazard and horn will all work off of something in the column. Brake lights, you may think a switch on the pedal.

the brake lights do work with that switch but when you have the kind of tail lights where a turn signal light shares the same bulb as a brake light, the brake light is cancelled for the turn signal by running through the multi function switch inside the column.
The third brake light does not blink so its not on that same circuit.

Right read blinker/break light dont work, turn signal blinks rapidly

It's the bulb. There are two filliments in the bulb. One is for when you turn your lights on and the other is for breaking and blinker flashing. When the break filliment goes bad it causes the blinker to flash very rapidly. 100% the bulb. Change it and all will be good again. P.S. if it were a fuse none of the break lights or blinkers would work.

I have a 2000 Ford F 150, blinkers are not working

OK! Thank you Lord Jesus. I just fixed mine. This problem is most likeley the caused by trucks with tilt stearing. The harness is to shourt on some trucks and when the wheel is in the down position it will pull the plug on the harness that runs the blinkers. My emergency flashers worked if the wheel was in the up position. When I put it all the way down, they no longer work. First remove the tilt leaver by turning it counter clock wise. If it is to tight the is a small indent on it the you can use an small adjustable wrench on. Then remove three philips screws from the lower stearing wheel shaft cover. After the lower cover is removed pull the upper one up slightley and you will see many connections. The fist one to look for is very large top center. Mine was half way disconected. I pushed it back together but this did not fix my problem, but make shure yours is setted all the way just to make sure. Now look at the connection coming out the back of the turn signal. Mine was loose here also and when I pushed it together all the way my problem was solved.

Hope this keeps everyone else from getting hit or paying a big repair bill.
