There is a short some where, That will have to be check out, At a auto electric shop, That it is repaired (Properly) End you don,t have the same problem with it anymore,

SOURCE: I replaced my battery this
Check for power at the small wire at the starter with the key inthe crank position. If there is power than the starter is bad or the connections at the battery are not good. If there is no power put the trans in neutral and check for power again. If there is still no power let me know and I will get you some more info on trouble shooting the ignition switch and the PRNDL switch.

SOURCE: New battery car wont start
may just be a loose terminal. I had mine replaced and it took a few hours before it ran right again. something about the electronic modules take a little time to recharge.

if doors left open for an extended period of time interior lights will kill battery have battery tested sum auto stores can do a load test and condition check of battery while in car sum do it for free most auto stores can test alternator also but most will bench test(with alt out of vehicle)
