How do I fix my power windows not working on the passenger side front or back

Replace this master switch. Unlikely the wires broke or both switches on that side went bad at the same time.

Power Seat

The passenger seat has a separate drive system. Check and make sure all the electrical connections are proper. Sometimes the switch goes bad. You can "Carefully" take the switch out of the side of the seat and check the continuity of the switch. It also could be shorted out because some lame brain crammed something under the seat and broke the ground wire. You did not mention what kind of a car you are driving. So, maybe the answer is all wrong. A loose ground wire can cause the seat not to work.

Maybe you problem is with the switch, or check if power seat circuit has the regular fuse or rather one of those thermal ones.

The fuse panel is located on the left hand side of the instrument panel facing the drivers side door.

yep check fuse.if fuse good check to see if power going to switch if yes.sound like seat motor bad or there is a broke wire at switch going to power seat motor or the switch could be wire the power seat motor using jumper wires.if motor works problem in switch or it wires.if motor dont work it is faulty.

Explorer seat

You need a new or used passenger seat tilt lever. Mine broke also. There are a couple on sale on EBay for $30.00. See link, otherwise you can buy new from Ford for about $75.00.
