Question about 1994 Toyota Camry
It would roll down but not up iblue a fuse now none work dont know were the fuse is located
This was answered yesterday - the fuse is behind the coin holder under the steering column.

U CAN'T PUT 12VOLTS TO A WIRE IT HAS TO BE APPLIED THROUGH A RELAY CONTACT. THE EASIEST SOLUTION IS TO GET THE SWITCH FROM THE AUTO SALVAGE YARD.

SOURCE: Driver's side window won't roll
I had the same problem with My Camry, the problem is, it could be in the master control for that window, or the one at the door itself,, the motors rarely go bad in Toyota's thank god,, I went to the junk yard and got 3 of the switches and was able to plug them in one at a time and found mine was at the master control so I replaced that switch
