You can take the negative battery cable off that should reset it. If your having a light come on you are having a problem somewhere,clearing the light wont fix the problem . The light will probably comeback on after a while.

Hi! You may try this. Open the hood and remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 5mins. This should reset the system and may get rid of the service light. HOpe this helps and thank you for using FixYa!
