The chances are that you either have porous plug leads or the coil pack is earthing out , a quick spray over them all with ignition sealer will prove the point temporarily

NO-- drive shafts pull out of the housing using a sharp hit with a heavy hammer
get yourself a workshop manual or have a drive line specialist shop do the job

disconnecting the battery can energize the immobilizer system
use a scan tool and reset the ECM
