SOURCE: my 2002 honda civic ex vtec sputters and chugs

This model car has a "permanent" Fuel filter/pump combination. It is not meant to be changed. The filter/pump combo is in the fuel tank and can be accessed from under the back seat. I am highly doubtful that the filter is the malfunction you are experiencing. When your vehicle has low power and runs rough rough at low RPM's and then starts misfiring at 3500 RPM, it sounds like your timing belt has stripped some cogs and is in the process of shredding. THIS IS AN ENGINE EMERGENCY!!! IF THE BELT FAILS COMPLETELY AT HIGH RPM IT WILL DESTROY YOUR ENGINE!!! Do not fool around with changing sensors until you have had this checked out. If your DTC is saying that the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor or TDC (Top Dead Center) sensor is bad, check the timing belt.

SOURCE: car sputters at high rpms

Its either your fuelk pump or fuel filter that is causing your problem you need to have filter replaced to see if that solves your problem if not then it is your fuel pump you will need to have replaced.

What it mean when my honda civic 1994 take its time to pull off or when im at a red light then it turn green it take its time to pull off , it all happen after ii got into a car crush

A car crash chould have damaged anything as far mechanical. The question is does it run well when its not only taking off? Mabey your engine has a power issue and when your Transmission connects to the Flywheel during take off from a stop and go. Power issues could be mechanical or a lack of the sufficient Air/fuel ratio. Your best bet would be to have a mechanicaly inclined friend to take look at it or do some research. OR it could be worn clutch if your engine has trouble catching up RPMs during shifts. :D

My dodge dakota it idles below 1000 rpms and it sounds like its about to stall. and if i rev it up and then let off it will stall instantly. when i am driving from first gear to second it goes up to 4000...

It is actually hard to say without actually seeing the vehicle, but the target speed for your engine idle is around 750 RPM. The stalling after revving kind of depends on how high you are revving it and whether the engine is at operating temperature or not. This may be normal. Then again, it could be that the Idle Air Control (IAC) is not working properly.

The shifting from first to second at 4000 RPM sounds like a completely separate problem. This could be due to low transmission fluid level, sticking shift control solenoids, or possibly even a malfunctioning Vehicle Speed Sensor.

If the Check Engine light is on, have that checked first.

Have a 2002 Honda Civic Hybrid with 192,000 miles. Only issue I have had to this point is the catalytic converter has ben replaced 3 times, all under warranty. My check engine & IMA lights popped on...

What type of Honda Civic do you have? There is a difference between the LX and EX civic exhaust systems. And your vehicle will not pass inspection with your check engine light on.

2002 Civic EX wont accelerate

It sounds like a problem with the transmission. The creaking could be a bad power steering pump or simply a dry/leaking rack & pinion.
