start by clearing code , 4 fuses involved need to be verified , fuse # 16 in the power distribution center , and 3 more , and # 10 , 11 , and 25 in the junction block , do you have a owners manual ? after these fuses are verified and if problem persists , its time for a 5 steps diagnostic trouble flow chart . verify these fuses and look around for any rodent damage , post results , will go into next steps with you .

How to fix 1999 jeep cherokee sport

You mean it cranks but does not start, right ?
The NoBus on the display means the cluster is not talking to the computer. That could be a wiring problem or a component problem.
Have you checked the engine computer for trouble codes ?

Tracing an electrical issue with my 1999 Jeep Cherokee sport. when ignition is turned on after a few seconds my odometer says, " no bus" what does this mean ?

The instrument cluster or ignition switch module,
lost communication with the electrical bus or wiring
system & can not be seen by other modules!

Need wiring diagrams & factory trouble charts to diagnose
the fault

May be something on the internet about it ,on your vehicle

Google the issue

Speedometer works but odometer does not on my 96 jeep Cherokee sport.

Generally its something inside the speedo cluster. You can try to replace it with a used cluster or send it out to have it repaired.
The dealer may have a list of shops qualified to rebuild Jeep clusters.

My power windows on my 2000 cherokee sport only work from the drivers controls and not the actual control of the certain window... why is this. and also sometimes my dash gauges just stop working and "NO...

the window thing is easy on the driver side under the plastic molding that covers your wire harness right behind the front seat you should find a splice with 4 wires i think yellow if i remember correctly it will probobly be all corroded and ready to brake. cut clean and resplice the should work fine. the no bus i am really not sure i would guess an electrical problem there too check your fuses get a chiltons or haynes repair book and look at the wiring diagram and see where the gauges get there power from. hope this helps

1999 jeep cherokee sport odometer not working!

The speed sensor gives a reference to the cpu and from there an output to the speedo head. How can the wiring be screwed up?
