Sounds like you might be 1 tooth off when you replaced t/belt -
balance shaft and w/pump should also be changed at this time
if pump goes out now,you will have to do it all over again and buy another t/belt

It sounds like the idle speed is set too low, and it is taking the PCM a few moments to figure the correct setting. If the engine is new, or new to the vehicle, perhaps the engine idle speed setting is incorrectly set too low.

did you replace the belt just for maintenence reasons ? It wasnt broken right ? I would place a block of wood on your floor jack and place it under the oil pan with a little bit of pressure from the jack to support the engine.loosen the motor mount that you removed to do the belt and see if your vibration changes or lessons when the mount is repositioned/loosened. You may have a mount grounding out or exhaust grounding out etc.. OR I dont know if your cam sprockets are keyed on that engine but if they arent your valve timing could be off but the marks line up if you removed the sprockets to change the seals and the sprockets were not installed correctly.

If you have had the timing belt changed they might not have replace the balancer belt and it may have snapped. Or, the balancer belt might not be set correctly.

Vibration on left side just had timming belt replaced

hi dont want to worry you, but i would get the engine mounts checked out they might not have tightend them enough after doing your belt, is it a bad vibration? does it only happen when starting and brakeing? is it a vibration or a plastic rubbing noise? as this could be the wheel arch protector not screwed up correctly, or even the timing belt cover rubbing on the belt...just a couple of things you can check out...hope this helps

Sienna '99 vibration in driving after belts changed

very possible you might have a bad harmonic balancer ( crankshaft pulley). have that checked then go from there with replacing it.
