Your fuse panel should be located below and to the left of the steering wheel, next to the brake pedal. For the blower, you want fuse 13. It should be a 5 amp fuse.

its under the hood on driver side what the problem not starting check the trunk area for the fuel cut off switch poss bad or tripped did u get hit or someone bump ur car

just check all the fuses. if not take out fan and use a jump wire to see if it works and if it doesnt well you already have the job halve done. replace it.
