In order to tell how deep you're going you'll have to measure it with some sort of instrument. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2006 trailblazer, i have no: tail, plate, parking/ running lights.

The only thing I can think of is corrosion inside the lamp socket due to repeated condensation. Can you unscrew your tail light assembly as if you are going to replace the bulbs? Usually a push in, quarter turn to pull the bulb out, then inspect the inside socket. Use sand paper then paper towel to remove it. Some folks use lemon juice on the paper towel. Re-insert and have some press brake pedal. A whole new assembly is only $30 or so.

Which fuse is for. Tail lights

If they are not labeled, why not just test them all to find the bad one. Using test lamp makes this easy. With lights turned on, check each fuse. Any that have juice on one side should have juice on both.

What is behind the fuse box

You really need a good wiring diagram. Those cars are basically a toyota corolla on the inside with a good amount of mods to the electrical system. Grab a manual from an auto parts store or go to a local tech school that has an auto repair program and make copies. This will save you loads of time troubleshooting the problem. 25322389-21syibu3fgwpdxocjnkpw0ib-3-0.jpg

Check if your vehicle uses a backup/reverse/safety switch in the transmittion, this is the most common problem after fuses in vehicles with that type of switch - Jeep Grand Cherokee owner

Tail lights have a shortage

check all your ground wires going to your tail lights. Use a test light to make sure your getting juice to the tail lights. if you have fire there, then it is going to most likely be in your ground. hook all the lights up and use a sept-ate ground wire to ground the light. If youdon't have fire then check all the fuses on the passenger side firewall. also check your relays. If you have done all this then post back and let me know and I will try to trouble shoot a little more in detail. Also is it just your tail lights, or break lights too??

Tail lights don't work. Fuse is goo and bulbs are

check for voltage at the fuse and at the light bullb socket.

If you have juice at the fuse and none at the bulb look for a short.

You could have a broken ground wire too. So try grounding the bulb with a test light.

Good luck and be safe.

if you have nothing to the receptacle on the truck but the tail and stop lights still work, look under the rear of the truck near the receptacle , there should be a connection in to the main wiring harness...maybe its unpluged, dirty or corroded

Warnig light

This light tell you that you have a tail light out, most common is a brake light. Once you replace the rear tail light that out the light will go away. The tail light bulbs can be accessed through the trunk.
