The codes are lean fuel condition for both banks. A very common problem with this engine that will set these codes are the upper & lower intake gaskets. You may experience a rough or rolling idle at cold start up and the condition will go away as the engine warms up. If you have checked all the basics such as vacuum leaks or air inlet leaks between the air filter box and the throttle body, then I would consider replacing these intake gaskets. check behind the climate control its either vacuum operated or cable operated when you switch it from floor to defrost.its probably seized up or broke....
