SOURCE: i have a 95 grand

You may have to reset it by putting in a code. You can find the code in your owners manual. In our Grand Am we have to reset the Check Oil light after we change the oil. For the oil light it is something like press the gas peddle in 5 times within 30 seconds....something like that. Good luck

The heat light stays on even after i filled it

Do you mean coolant light when you say "heat" light? I assume you filled the coolant or antifreeze? If so, you need to check the reservoir as well as the radiator. Remove the cap when the engine is cold and fill it to the top with a fresh mixture of antifreeze and water.

Low coolant light stays on even after filled

These lights light up for two reasons.
1 When there is something wrong in the system they are meant for.
2 When the wire is grounded somewhere.
In your case case it could be 2. SO, please check the wiring for any short with the body.

96 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not blow out hot air

It's possible you are not getting enough coolant flow to your heater core. Try pulling the hoses off the core, blowing it out with air compressor, fill with water and blow out again. Try this about five times and see what happens. Alot of times these cores will plug up or have restricted flow. They will blow warm at low speed but it won't flow enough hot coolant through to stay hot on high blower speed.

Need help with a Grand Prix

The new key must be programmed, did the key you have made have a little silver wire embedded in it? if not it will not work, you are right about the fuel pump, the anti-theft is being triggered by the new key. As far as the coolant light goes I would change the sensor, they are prone to failure and then the light stays on, the level sensor is in the coolant tank or at the top of the radiator tank, small and round with wire going to it.
