If the gauges fuse has power, then its something with the circuit board on the cluster.

If they all went out at once then there is a good chance you have blown a fuse. Try checking the fusebox to see if any look blown.

SOURCE: tach fuel gauge n temp gauge not working

Did you check for a blown fuse in the fusebox? It sounds like a blown fuse or loose connection at the plug for the instrument cluster, or a short in the wiring. Hope this helped.

SOURCE: The gauges have stopped working ? Fuse under dash seems to be OK ?

Behind the dash is what they call a constant voltage regulator. It controls the guages. It's small and located behind the dash near speedo.

doubt it is a fuse, could be,but i would check the speed sensor under the vehicle at the transmission,it will be a plug in with 2 or 3 wires going in to it,it will be on the side of the trans.towardthe rear of it.

2003 Satria, Tacho and Fuel gauge dont work . Fuel gauge comes up now & again low fuel light works. Tacho works now & again. But speedo and temp do work all the time.

It may be that the speedo and temp are mechanical, whereas the tach and fuel are electrical. Check fuse for inst. cluster for clean and tight fitment. Check electrical connection at back of inst. cluster.

Tranmission and instrument cluster

The speed sensor on your trans sends a signal to the electronics telling it when to shift, this will be where you fault is.

The gas gauge, temp light, speedometer, tach and all those in that panel do not work. The ABS light also comes on...used to hit the dash and it would start working...now that is not working anymore!!!

look under the dash for a screw or bolt with a lot of the same colored wires (black, brown, etc) going to it, this is the common ground point for the cluster(s). loosen it, then tighten it back down and that should fix ya.
