Someone tampered with my electrical system

I have a 92 toyota celica. it was sitting in my yard for close to a year. i decided to make it my new project, i just graduated school. well the engine blew thats why it's been sitting. the day i got it towed to a garage i had all my eletrical system checked. everything worked.things went wrong at the garage so we moved the car to a friend's house to finish. engine went in. once it was in everything was checked everything still worked. it stayed for a few days so i can get a few things straight with my parnts. the day i went to pick it up non of the lights work. we had to rig the lights. the next morning we found out all my relays were stolen from under the hood and inside by where your feet are. we got all new relays but i have problems starting the car, back light for night time don't work, and the pop up lights still have to be rigged. the car used to be push botten start now you have to turn the key to one and go in the hoo and swipe the wire for the push start across the battery. the pop up lights... the wire is wedged under the relay. and the tail light stay on but the turn off if i go over 35mph. but the break lights work. someone please help. i've even tried the wiring harness that was cut off by the old owner. i'm not made of money so someone who knows or has suggestions. i really can't afford taking it to a shop to get it fixed.

I understand your problem. I own a 1992 celica and someone broke the hood latch and stole the cold air intake i had on it and all the fuses under the hood. you need to look in the distributor and find the ignition coil. it runs all the electrical eqipment. if it is burnt of cracked, replace it. they cost around $48-$55 bucks and if the ignitor is faulty it will shake when you get up to speed and make things blink and **** out on you. try that and see if that works.

Need to add transmission fluid to 5 speed manual transmission on 1992 Toyota Celica

Open the hood up. You will find two different types of sticks, one near the alternator to the belts side, which is yellow or white colored and one on the battery side. It is orange colored, round small cup like dip stick, secured with a safety lock on it. Press the lock a side with your thump and take the stick out. When you push the stick inside it will sit in place firmly with a click sound.
You can add the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) here.
