Fan running all the time also fuel pump doing the same
If the fuel pump is running all the time, you could have a relay problem or a short in the wiring. The cooling fan running could also be a relay or a problem with the computer. The computer will ground the fan relay if it thinks the engine might overheat such as when the temp sensor has failed.
