If its a northstar engine they cannot be rebuilt if you remove the head bolts the aluminum block is screwed cause the threads on inside of the block will come with it them northstar engines were built for racing they are throw away motors

How to check coil packs and spark plugs wire with a multimeter. ..having random/ multiple misfire P0300...need to know their spec? 97 Cadillac Deville, 4.6 engine/Northstar

I don't think you really understand what this fault code means, it means that likely all the engine cylinders are misfiring at random no set pattern, not any particular cylinder. I would start with checking for engine vacuum leaks like the intake manifold gasket. that is all I can say since you provided no make, model or year and engine type and size information.

Why does the coil pack keep goin bad on my 2004 dodge neon?

How do you know the coil pack is bad ? Did you test it , or are you going just by the P0302 - P0300 ? These codes do not mean the coil pack is bad ! Could have a vacuum leak , could have weak fuel pump , partially plugged fuel filter ! The engine could have a mechanical fault , burnt valve , bent valve , bad head gasket ! Sounds like you need stop wasting your money an take it to a pro !

Help with diagnosing a possible head gasket failure

Code 107 is for a problem with the map sensor circuit, code 300 is for a random miss.
Code 122 is for a problem with the throttle position sensor circuit.
The first two codes could involve a leaking head gasket, I doubt code 122 would be affected.
The smoke could mean a gasket is leaking, head or intake would be my first guess. You should also be loosing coolant or oil, and a compression test might show a leaking cylinder.

I replaced head gaskets on 2004 dodge dakota. when started it ran rough and lacked acceleration. Code P0300 and o2 sensors showed. replaced all 4 O2 sensors, but still rough idle and code P0300

That's Random or multiple missfire code. Have you checked for proper fuel pressure? Improper fuel pressure will trigger this code if it's too low, thus causing a lean mixture in multiple cylinders.

I have a 1996 Ford Explorer, when I crank it up in the morning white smoke comes out the tail pipe and then clears after driving for about 2 minutes. I have codes P0455 and P0300 indicating.

The white smoke is steam. It usually means you have a bad head gasket and possibly a cracked head. The sooner it is repaired the less damage will occur. It may also help prevent you from being stranded. I hope this helps.

P0068, p0300, p0304 and white smoke on start up

White smoke is generally not a good sign it means water in the exhaust system which is generally associated with a cracked cylinder head or busted head gasket. You will also feel your engine missing which is why you may have a multiple cylinder misfifre and probably hard to start. put pressure on the coolant system through the radiator and see if it bleeds down if it does chances are its bleeding into the cylinders. It takes a special hand pump with a guage that hooks onto the radiator where the cap goes. If it does bleed down remove the plugs and crank over the engine if there is water in the pistons it will blow it out you can also check the plugs to see if they are wet.

Had a code p0300 come up on my 5 cylinder 04 canyon brought it in for further analysis after figuring out it wasn't the spark plugs was told it was the valves and the head gasket would also need to be done...

p0300 it means random misfire it dosent mean your head gasket is bad the strange ticking sound can mean many things they put something back together wrong and now there trying to cover it i would be on the phone with them or in there face demanding information iwould be makeing them buy the truck if i was you in order to change a head gasket they have to take half your engine apart to change the head gasket when you get it back you make sure you get it in docement from them about what happened
