Dodge diagnostic code 3100 what does this mean

If you meant to say P100 its the mass air flow sensor. Either it needs to be cleaned (( very common if you have a K/N installed )) or the sensor is bad.

Or you have a wire or PCM issue But this the extreme.

Fault code P1000 [18,2,10,0],Ford Fiesta 2005

P1000 means that you or someone has disconnected the battery, and the car has not been driven far / long enough for the computer to relearn its stratagies.
Engine light could be the fault of the speed sensor, or wiring to the sensor.

My ford p100 turbo diesel 1993 runs well on tick over but when you drive it down the road it has no power whats so ever then when the turbo kicks in it picks up a little bit the turbo is working i,ve...

Check all turbo hoses first for splits etc. It's best to remove each one for a thorough inspection. If they are all ok you need to locate the small rubber hose that goes to the top of the injection pump. Check it. It's probably split somewhere. this ups the fueling when on boost. If its not intact you will have very little power.

Cheers
