Sterring box rebuild

this will be a case of seal replacement and bearing end float adjustment. I suggest an accredited steering specialist and limit the repairs to those items unless they can show proof of further damage needing replacement

Clunking noise near power rack when turning wheel back and forth

Inspect inner and Outter tie rod ends. This may be done with the wheels on or off. Have another person **** the sterring wheel L/R while nother person holds on to the rod ends. Feel for excess play or try shaking the steering rod, if its loose replace inner and outter rod ends.

Lot of play in sterring wheel

the stearing wheel with a play usually means one thing.. the stearing box..

you can eighter change the seals and stuff in the box,, or change the box all together.. Also the stearing rack could be at fault as well.. same thing applies,, change seals of change rack.. Remove the rack firstmm its the most likey cause.
