I have the same problem with my 1993 Larado. I have checked the fuses and they are ok. I am not sure if it is the blower or some type of switch that is bad. It turns on when it feels like it and makes no bad noises when it does run. Thanks

Pretty sure I have answered this about a million times. Blower motor is on engine side of firewall on passenger side. You can run a hot lead to it to check if it's working! You did check fuse... Right?

Chances are your coolant level is low or an air pocket is present in the cooling system.

I have a 95 jeep cherokee sport that is loosing rpms while driving.

American Motors's compact XJ Cherokee was to be replaced by a new and larger model known as the ZJ (later named the Jeep Grand Cherokee when introduced in 1993) that was under development by AMC. The 2010 is of the smaller design.

95 Jeep Grand Cherokee leaking ATF, shudders when driving

Bank1 sensor 3 O2 heater. This can cause the shudder as engine adjustments are made.

The O2 sensors have built in heating elements to rapidly heat the part and save fuel. Its possible that engine is trying to adjust to compensate and is why it shudders.

As for trans leak, get it up on the rack for inspection. Could be simple pan gasket. Quick change oil/lube could see it.

Check the cooling fan motor and of course the fluid level. If the temp is changing thru the heater it could just be low on coolant , leaking from ? Two wheel drive have an elecrtic cooling fan only, make sure its spinning up when temp is 3/4. If not its probably the fan motor. Can be checked with a test light .

What do you mean no brakes? pedal was stiff would not press down?, pedal went to floor? That needs to be checked. if there are no fluid leaks, I would suspect the master cylinder.

The heater just up and quit working in my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee with no warning whatsoever. I can feel heat coming through the vents when going down the road, but the fan isn't working on any speed....

Does the fan work on A/C? If the fan isn't blowing, check the fuse. Heat when going down the road is simply an indication that the air from outside is coming through the system. If fuse is fine, blower motor is probably out.
